If your business is in compliance with the following requirements, you will have the opportunity to fill out your contact information so that we may furnish you with an application.
In order to become a dealer, we require the completion of our standard credit application, the completion of a uniform sales and use tax certificate form, and a copy of your tax resale certificate. We also require two (2) pictures of your storefront (1 interior, 1 exterior). Please include the store’s signage with the exterior photos.
Although our application procedure may seem lengthy, please be assured that it is for your protection. We have a strict policy of selling our products through qualified industry-related retailers and marketers only.
